Changing thought patterns and behaviour using NLP

Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP is a technique used to change the thought patterns we have created through our different life experiences, and so change our behaviour.

Bandler and Grinder established this method in the USA in the 1970s, by analysing strategies used by successful individuals and applying them to help others reach a personal goal or specific outcome.

The result is a series of techniques that are simple and gentle, and yet life changing. The techniques can be applied to all areas to achieve success, for example phobias, limiting beliefs, self-confidence, and anxiety, to name but a few.
